We’re sharing a leadership update at Arta as the company continues to scale its modern wealth management and institutional technology platform. Felix Lin, Arta’s Co-founder, President, and CFO, has been appointed Group CEO.
Felix has been part of Arta since day one and has led the company’s business and finance functions throughout its journey. He brings decades of experience across finance and technology, including senior leadership roles at Google and Oracle, and previously co-founded AvantGo, which went public in 2000. He brings deep context on Arta’s mission, strategy, and long-term priorities and is well positioned to lead the company into its next phase of growth.
After founding Arta and serving as CEO for the past four years, Caesar Sengupta will transition to supporting the company in an advisory capacity and will remain on Arta’s Board of Directors. We are grateful for Caesar’s leadership and for the strong foundation he has built.
Our mission, investment approach, or commitment to members remains the same. Arta continues to operate from a position of strength, serving tens of thousands of members across more than 40 countries and scaling through trusted institutional partnerships.
