Third party fees
In addition to Arta’s management fees, the below fees are collected to cover regulatory fees or fees levied by Arta’a custodian, BNY | Pershing.
Private investment transaction fees
Transactions include each individual investment into, and redemption from, the private fund and annual service charges per position (where multiple investments into the same fund would count as a single position). Fund-specific fee information is available in each fund’s respective investment memo in your Arta app.
Paper confirmation and statements
All Arta members are enrolled in paperless delivery by default, which comes at no cost to you. You can easily request a hard copy for $2 per item.
Regulatory fee
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission charges a fee of $8 per $1,000,000 of exchange-listed securities sold. For public market investments and self-directed trading, this fee is prorated and deducted from the proceeds of your sales.
